Most AR and rifle owners forget the all-important sling stud when it comes to finishing their new build or setting up their sling. Magpul's QD sling swivels provide a great fast-attach method for any single or two-point sling. The swivel stud allows your rifle to hang freely without binding up your sling or getting twisted.

The QD stud is a ball-and-socket setup: It uses spring-loaded ball bearings that interface with any quick-detach socket, found nowadays on virtually all handguards, loads of latch plates, and plenty of buttstocks and braces.
This QD stud is made from 1.25" webbing - like that found on the Magpul MS1, MS3 and MS4 slings - and uses a phosphate-coated steel that withstands rust and blends in nicely with most black rifles.
